Very entertaining zombie flick with lots of action and some humor here and there.
La Horde also maintains a more than good pace, which means that it never gets boring. The apartment building gives a nice isolated atmosphere and the shots of the burning, smoking city in the vicinity of the apartment also enhance the atmosphere. The characters fit nicely in a movie like this and the acting is also excellent. The film has a wonderful mix between hard-hitting action (lots of guns 'n explosions) and pure zombie horror with some very tasty gore here and there. The ''raid'' in the apartment building somewhere in a slum in France immediately sets the tone of the film, namely gray and hard. Notice a lot of negativity about the so-called dull and uninteresting beginning of the film. La Horde is really great zombie viewing food. Too bad about the generally negative reactions on this page, although he does it overall with a 2.96 average here on mm. Wel jammer van het klote einde waarin het wijf, het meest onsympathieke character, het ''overleeft'' terwijl ze crimineel Markudi, een van de sympathiekere characters, even een kogel door zijn kop jaagt.
Zeer vermakelijke zombie flick met veel actie en hier en daar wat humor. La Horde houdt daarnaast een meer dan prima tempo aan waardoor het nergens saai wordt. Het flatgebouw geeft een lekker geïsoleerd sfeertje en ook de shots van de brandende, rokende stad in de buurt van de flat werkt sfeerverhogend. De film heeft een heerlijke mix tussen keiharde actie (veel guns 'n explosions) en pure zombie horror met hier en daar erg lekkere gore.ĭe characters passen lekker in een film als deze en er wordt daarnaast ook nog eens prima geacteerd. De ''raid'' in het flatgebouw ergens in een achterbuurt in Frankrijk zet gelijk de toon van de film, namelijk grauw en hard. Merk veel negativiteit over het zogenaamde saaie en oninteressante begin van de film. La Horde is dan ook echt prima zombie kijkvoer.
Jammer van de over het algemeen negatieve reacties op deze pagina, al doet hij het overall met een 2,96 gemiddeld hier op mm niet eens zo heel onaardig.
